Undercover Operations
Undercover Operations have proven to be one of the most reliable and useful methods of investigation in combating violations in the modern work place. IRI has achieved an enviable reputation for its ability to place and operate trained agents within a group or organization, developing and documenting evidence of criminal misconduct or company policy violations.
Undercover operatives may identify a saboteur destroying the company's reputation; identify and document illegal narcotics use and sale in the work place; determine the cause of inventory shortages; or identify and mitigate a potential threat of workplace violence, among other successful applications of this investigative method.
Undercover agents can be placed into a variety of environments, such as warehousing and manufacturing, on a short- or long-term basis. Agents are selected to match a specific peer group including ethnicity, gender and age.
IRI exercises extreme discretion when establishing an undercover operation. Special communication channels and governing principles are utilized to ensure a successful investigation.
